Submission of a personal or electronic application to the Municipal Department of Commerce and Industry

Submission of an application for a permit, together with an available MTMT certificate, tax number, and any general meeting resolution supporting (or not prohibiting) the activity of providing condominium accommodation services. Possibly including SZMSZ

Personal visit of the Municipal Tax Group

First registration of my guest (electronic guestbook) (guest data will always be registered in this during their stay)
